The telephone advice service means that our driver, prior to delivering the consignment, calls the recipient at a time determined by the client (generally, 1 - 2 hours before unloading)
The service may also be used for loading goods where the driver logs the call prior to arriving at the unloading location.
For that reason, it is always of crucial importance to supply telephone contact numbers for both loading and unloading of goods.
We provide the service free of charge.
